Nestled in the heart of Western Colorado, the Grand Valley is home to the communities of Grand Junction, Fruita, Clifton, and Palisade. The Colorado River nurtures the valley allowing for plentiful agricultural harvests, recreational activities, and embankments that serve as shelter to our unhoused population. 

Toilet Equity aims to address the lack of toileting solutions for many residents in the valley, specifically those who live along the river without access to toilets. We hope that by providing toileting solutions we can reduce fecal contamination of our waters, create dignified and inclusive toileting habits, and utilize composting techniques to recycle nutrients back into the soil.
